The 2016 FCA Customer First Award for Excellence recipients consist of an inaugural group of 124 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT stores across the country. By achieving this elite status, these FCA US LLC dealerships have been recognized by consumers as the foremost leaders in customer sales and service experience. FCA US created the Customer First Award for Excellence with its dealer partners in conjunction with J.D. Power to elevate customer satisfaction within their dealerships. This award specifically recognizes excellence in the sales and service experience, employee training, as well as facility condition.
Dealers in this initial group completed all of the required program goals from January 1st to June 30th. The second group of award winners will be announced in early 2017 when they complete their certification requirements. (PRN)
